I just wanted to drop you a line to say what a wonderful time I had surprising my very close friend on her 'significant' Birthday! It was a 'things like this don't happen to me' moment.
Anyway, thank you for sourcing the flights at such short notice, incidentally the return flight was cancelled due to a technical fault and I was put on a direct flight to Heathrow which worked out even better.
As a result of having such a great time, we have vowed to meet up more often and I would dearly love to take my two daughters out to Dubai at the end of October 2012.
Just out of interest, do you only deal with corporate clients? If so, do you have a department for us regular people, bearing in mind I will be travelling from and to Dublin this time?

We have just come back from our two weeks of holidays and just wanted to let you know that how much we enjoyed ourselves. Everything was well organized. The rep met us at the airport and gave us all necessary contact details. All the staff were very courteous, polite and always willing to help.
